By downloading, installing, or using Fanaro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. Fanaro is developed and operated by Deras Industries ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Houston, Texas.
Fanaro is a sports widget app for iPhone that provides live scores, schedules, team records, and game data across multiple professional sports leagues. The App displays this information through configurable widgets on your home screen and lock screen, as well as within the app itself.
To use certain features of the App, you must sign in using Sign in with Apple. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Fanaro offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify users of any price changes in advance. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and refund policies.
We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the current rate. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically limited to one trial per Apple ID.
You agree to use Fanaro only for its intended purpose as a personal sports information tool. You may not:
We strive to keep Fanaro available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
We may release updates to the App that include new features, bug fixes, or changes to existing functionality. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
Fanaro displays sports data sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all scores, schedules, or game information will be error-free or delivered in real time. The App should not be relied upon as the sole source for time-sensitive decisions.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deras Industries and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Fanaro name, logo, and widget style names (PrimeTime, ShowCase, FanFare, GameDeck) are trademarks of Deras Industries.
Sports league names, team names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Their use within the App is for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deras Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
